What kids actually do

Children follow a step-by-step adventure with Promi, a friendly robot character, to practice writing prompts for AI.

The interface shows a sequence of 19 activities or steps; progress is tracked in the experience (for example, a step counter was visible on the public site).

Kids read short scenarios, try different instructions, and move forward as they complete each challenge—without needing to install software or create an account based on our initial check.

What kids can learn

These are learning areas the project is designed to support—not guaranteed outcomes.

  • Understanding how AI responds to instructions
  • Communicating requests more clearly through prompts
  • Experimenting with different ways to phrase instructions
  • Building basic AI literacy in a structured setting

Why it's interesting

Many tools use AI to answer questions for kids; Promi's Prompt School focuses on teaching children how to interact with AI systems. It frames AI literacy as a hands-on skill rather than something to passively consume.

What parents should know

The experience runs in a web browser with no installation observed during our initial interface check. We have not independently completed all 19 steps—parents may want to preview the full sequence before younger children use it alone. Creator-stated age guidance is approximately 8–14; your judgment about readiness matters more than any label on the site.
